With over two decades of experience and having coached more than 500 men and women, my mission is to help individuals achieve their health goals, whether it's losing weight, building lean muscle, or maintaining fitness. Fitness and well-being have been ingrained in my lifestyle since my teenage years, drawing inspiration from athletes like Anthony Norris (Hamed Johnson) and the legendary Mike Tyson. Despite facing initial resistance from my parents, I pursued my passion and, for the last decade in the UAE, continued to expand my knowledge in wellness and fitness through various diplomas, including gym instruction and functional training. Through my journey of coaching diverse clients from different backgrounds, I discovered my true purpose – assisting busy adults in getting into the best shape of their lives. My focus is on individuals who may have let fitness take a backseat but are now eager to make a positive change. Babs has been my coach for close to two years. I can’t tell you how wonderful he has been in changing my mindset in a positive way. There is a lot that I have told Babs that I can’t do and he constantly proves me wrong. My strength has gone up a lot after training with him. I used to wear a wrist support to the gym and he is the reason I recovered and I don’t wear it any more. His weakness is that he can’t hear me complain about his workouts and his strength is certainly in providing a program that never feels old and always interesting. Babs I can’t thank you enough !
